It’s been an amazingly successful 3 years for the First National Cleveland agent who was recently a finalist for a national Rookie of the Year award. He was delighted to earn state-wide recognition from the REIQ for his success after just a few months with the agency.

Jade hit the ground running when he started selling houses with one great advantage over his rivals – the fact that his previous career as a photographer took him through over 9000 thousand homes on the Bayside, giving him unrivalled and invaluable stock knowledge.

Buying and selling is often one of the biggest decisions in life, however the dedicated approach and the remarkable communication Jade offers his clients is guaranteed to make this process and transition be smooth and positive for all involved.

His first job in Brisbane was as a digital advertising manager with realestate.com.au Australia’s largest property website, where he spent 18 months before buying an Open2View photographic franchise. For several years he had his own photographic business.

He always knew his background would provide the perfect stepping stone to selling real estate. “Not only did I have marketing expertise and local knowledge, I have qualities which I know cannot be taught, such as enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed.”

Jade, who has dual New Zealand and Canadian nationality, moved with his wife Tania to Brisbane in 2007 to take advantage of the weather and great life-style opportunities.

He lives in Thornlands with Tania and their children Riley and Caden. On rare days off from selling real estate, he coaches Caden’s Rugby League team and enjoys getting out on the harbour as often as possible.
